I think we should arrange for more rehersals before this coming thursday!

How about:
tuesday break(recess/lunch)
wednesday break(recess/lunch)
thursday lunch(in the room-full dress rehersal)

I think we really should rehearse more to familiarise ourselves with our script and when to come in, our actions etc!
